چکیده
Spatial and spectral information are essential sources of in remote sensing applications, the fusion panchromatic multispectral images effectively combines advantages both. Due to existence two main classes methods—component substitution (CS) multi-resolution analysis (MRA), which have different advantages—mixed approaches possible. This paper proposes a algorithm that generalized intensity–hue–saturation (GIHS) non-subsampled shearlet transform (NSST) with principal component (PCA) technology extract more spatial information. Therefore, compared traditional algorithms, this uses PCA transformation obtain structure components from PAN MS, can inject while maintaining high fidelity. First, is applied each band low-resolution (MS) (PAN) first calculate intensity MS. Then, image fused using NSST, used replace original component. Finally, obtained GIHS algorithm. Using urban, plants water, farmland, desert GeoEye-1, WorldView-4, GaoFen-7 (GF-7), Gaofen Multi-Mode (GFDM) as experimental data, method was tested evaluation mode references without five other classic algorithms. The results showed algorithms had better performances both preservation incorporation.

multispectral and panchromatic image fusion by combining spectral pca and spatial pca methods
an ideal fusion method preserves the spectral information in fused image without spatial distortion. the pca is believed to be a well-known pan-sharpening approach and being widely used for its efficiency and high spatial resolution. however, it can distort the spectral characteristics of multispectral images. the current paper tries to present a new fusion method based on the same concept. in ...

متن کاملCombination of IHS and Spatial PCA Methods for Multispectral and Panchromatic Image Fusion
Intensity-Hue-Saturation (IHS) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) are two famous methods to which image fusion algorithms can be reported when merging panchromatic (Pan) and multispectral (MS) images, acquired with different spatial and spectral resolutions. The IHS is a wellknown pan-sharpening approach widely used for its efficiency and high spatial resolution. However, it can distort the...
متن کاملFusion of Multispectral and Panchromatic Images and Its Quality Assessment
Image fusion is the process of merging two or more images obtained from the same sensor at different times or from two or more sensors at the same instant. The objective is to obtain more information from the fused image than from the individual images. In satellite images, the lower spatial resolution multispectral images are fused with higher spatial resolution panchromatic images. The fusion...
متن کاملPCA Based Image Fusion for Multispectral Palm Enhancement
Image fusion is performed by combining the data from the multiple spectrums i.e. red, blue, NIR and green, results in enhanced image. Each spectral band has specific features of the palm that collect more information to improve the accuracy and anti-spoofing capability of palm print systems. Principal component analysis (PCA) are used for image fusion line like pattern are most discriminative f...
